Visitors may browse publicly available pages on the Website without creating an account.

Registered Users / Accounts

Some areas of the Website require registration or purchase. By creating an account you agree to:

If you place an order or purchase a Service through the Website, you agree to our separate Purchase Terms document, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Refunds & Cancellations

All cancellations and refund requests are governed by the applicable Purchase Terms. Unless otherwise stated in those terms:

• There is no general money-back guarantee.
• Digital products and on-demand materials — including educational workshops, recordings, and course content — are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or consumed.
• Live programs and memberships that include a refund window are governed by the specific window established in the applicable Program Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property / Restrictions on Use

The Website is owned and operated by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Website, its content, and all associated trademarks and proprietary rights.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

We are not responsible for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, government action, or labor disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution First: Before filing in court, email us at support@nexgencoaches.com with a brief description of your dispute and your proposed resolution. We will attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration through AAA or a similar body, or confidential binding arbitration conducted online.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you may not bring any claim against us as part of a class or representative action.

Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court where necessary to prevent immediate harm.

Electronic Communications (E-Sign)
