Everyone in this cohort is an experienced professional. You are not explaining yourself or starting at the beginning. The conversations in this room start where your experience already is.

The program includes 2 hours of live instruction each week (Wednesdays) for 8 weeks, totaling 16 hours of live training. In addition, participants will complete a 2-day intensive session (16 hours live). Together, this provides 32 hours of synchronous live instruction, plus 6 hours of asynchronous book reading, for a total of 38 program hours.
There will also be Business Builder Workshops held every other Monday for 2 hours each, totaling 4 additional live hours. These workshops focus on building and growing a coaching practice; however, these hours do not count toward ICF credential requirements for participants who later choose to upgrade to the Gold program and pursue the ACC credential.

2 Day Live Intensive Seminar

Friday April 24th and Saturday April 25th
Join a two-day live virtual intensive led by Lyssa deHart, MCC, ICF Master Certified Coach and 4-time author. Complete 16 hours of immersive, real-time coaching practice focused on agreements, deep listening, and powerful questions. You will coach, be coached, and receive expert feedback throughout. This is not lecture-based training—it’s real coaching, done live, with direct guidance from a master coach.
