The NEXGEN Silver Certificate provides 38 hours of executive coach education for professionals exploring coaching or developing coaching skills for their current role. The expected training completion time is 2–3 months, combining live online instruction with self-paced learning and practical coaching exercises.
Silver awards a NEXGEN Executive Coach Certificate; it does not award an ICF credential. Students who decide to pursue the ACC or PCC pathway can explore upgrading to Gold or Platinum.

NEXGEN Gold is an online executive coach training program for working professionals pursuing the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. The program provides 69 coach education hours, mentor coaching, coaching evaluation and business-building training covering positioning, pricing and client development.
The expected training completion time is 5–6 months. This is the program timeline, not a guaranteed timeframe for earning ACC. Students complete and document the required client-coaching experience separately, then apply to ICF and meet its remaining credential requirements.

NEXGEN Platinum is an online executive coach training program for working professionals pursuing the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. The program provides 125 coach education hours, mentor coaching, coaching evaluation, advanced electives and business-building training.
The expected training completion time is 6–12 months. This is the program timeline, not a guaranteed timeframe for earning PCC. Students complete and document the required client-coaching experience separately, then apply to ICF and meet its remaining credential requirements.
