This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or use our websites, including nexgencoaches.com, academy.nexgencoaches.com, and other NEXGEN-operated domains and subdomains (collectively, the “Website”), and when you interact with our products, programs, and services.

C. Payment information (Stripe*)
If you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive transaction confirmations and limited details necessary for recordkeeping and support (such as your name, email, amount, billing status, and transaction ID). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s processing of your information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms.
D. Email and newsletter information (Mailchimp*)
If you subscribe to our email list or register for a free resource, training, webinar, or other communication, we store your contact information (such as name and email) in Mailchimp so we can send you the requested materials and related communications. Mailchimp’s processing of your information is governed by Mailchimp’s own privacy policy and terms.
E. Information from third parties
We may receive information from third parties such as analytics providers and social platforms (for example, if you interact with our ads or content there). This may include aggregated data about campaigns and site activity.
