NEXGEN Executive Coaching Academy, LLC (“NEXGEN,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or use our websites, including nexgencoaches.com, academy.nexgencoaches.com, and other NEXGEN-operated domains and subdomains (collectively, the “Website”), and when you interact with our products, programs, and services.

By using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1) INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information you provide to us

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including when you:

  • fill out a form (contact, inquiry, application, waitlist, webinar registration, etc.)

  • subscribe to email updates

  • create an account in our learning portal (our hand-built learning management system)

  • purchase a product or program

  • contact us by email or otherwise

This may include:

  • name

  • email address

  • phone number

  • billing address (if applicable)

  • professional details you choose to share

  • account login information (for the learning portal)

  • messages and correspondence you send us

B. Information collected automatically

When you browse the Website, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

  • IP address and device identifiers

  • browser type, device type, operating system

  • pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages

  • referring/exit pages and traffic sources (search, social, direct, etc.)

  • general location (city/region level)

This information is typically collected using cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies.

C. Payment information (Stripe*)

If you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive transaction confirmations and limited details necessary for recordkeeping and support (such as your name, email, amount, billing status, and transaction ID). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s processing of your information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms.

D. Email and newsletter information (Mailchimp*)

If you subscribe to our email list or register for a free resource, training, webinar, or other communication, we store your contact information (such as name and email) in Mailchimp so we can send you the requested materials and related communications. Mailchimp’s processing of your information is governed by Mailchimp’s own privacy policy and terms.

E. Information from third parties

We may receive information from third parties such as analytics providers and social platforms (for example, if you interact with our ads or content there). This may include aggregated data about campaigns and site activity.

2) HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information we collect to:

  • provide and deliver products, programs, services, and customer support

  • create and manage accounts in our learning portal

  • process transactions and send receipts and confirmations

  • communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates, and support requests

  • send newsletters, training announcements, and marketing communications (you can opt out anytime)

  • improve the Website, the learning portal, and our offerings

  • administer surveys, promotions, or events (when offered)

  • monitor and help prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues

  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3) EMAIL, MARKETING, AND OPT-OUT

If you opt in to receive emails, we may send educational content, announcements, and offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us at support@NEXGENcoaches.com.

Operational emails (for example: purchase receipts, password resets, course access emails, and important service notices) may still be sent when necessary.

We provide access to course materials and program resources through a learning portal that is built and maintained by Jake Mannino.

Information in the learning portal may include:

  • account and login data (name, email, password or authentication credentials)

  • enrollment and access status

  • progress and engagement data (for example, module completion, access dates, downloads, or other learning activity, depending on system design)

  • support communications related to your access

We use this information to provide program access, improve the learning experience, troubleshoot issues, and maintain platform security.

8) EXTERNAL LINKS

The Website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third parties. Review their policies before providing information.

9) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
