The program includes 2 hours of live instruction each week (Wednesdays) for 8 weeks, totaling 16 hours of live training. In addition, participants will complete a 2-day intensive session (16 hours live). Together, this provides 32 hours of synchronous live instruction, plus 6 hours of asynchronous book reading, for a total of 38 program hours.
There will also be Business Builder Workshops held every other Monday for 2 hours each, totaling 4 additional live hours. These workshops focus on building and growing a coaching practice; however, these hours do not count toward ICF credential requirements for participants who later choose to upgrade to the Gold program and pursue the ACC credential.
The NEXGEN Founders 26 is designed specifically for accomplished professionals — executives, consultants, healthcare providers, educators, and corporate leaders — who want to add professional coaching to their career without starting from zero.
