Rob Brunhild is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies and high-growth entrepreneurial environments. His career has taken him across Enterprise Sales, Operations, and Delivery Management — roles where the ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and lead high-performing teams was not optional, it was the job.

Rob holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California — a combination that gives him both the technical credibility and the strategic business lens that his clients rely on. He is an ICF-certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a certified EQi 2.0 assessor, trained through the Berkeley MBA Executive Coaching Institute.

In his coaching practice, Rob partners with individuals and teams to help them solve real challenges — maximizing productivity, sharpening strategic alignment, deepening employee engagement, and producing outcomes that actually move the needle. He has coached SVPs, VPs, Directors, Operations Managers, Sales Executives, Engineers, and Entrepreneurs across industries ranging from Technology and Healthcare to Construction, Automotive, and Financial Services.
