Jake Mannino is a Global Sales Director at Microsoft, where he manages a $1B+ annual book of business while simultaneously leading Microsoft's Executive Coaching organization — a combination that puts him in a category of one among coaching educators.

His sales leadership spans some of the most recognizable names in enterprise technology, including Microsoft, Cisco, and Zscaler. At the same time, his coaching work has operated at a scale most coaches never see: he co-led a Microsoft coaching initiative that reached more than 12,000 employees, an effort that earned the program a Guinness World Record and the ICF Distinguished Organization Award.

Jake holds an Executive MBA from Michigan State University — where he was selected as Commencement Speaker — alongside his ICF PCC credential and Certified Executive Coach designation. That combination of business leadership, coaching mastery, and academic achievement is rare. It gives him a perspective almost no other coaching educator can offer: he doesn't just teach you to coach — he teaches you to think like a business owner about your practice.

At NEXGEN, Jake leads the business-building side of the program. He designed the curriculum on positioning, pricing, client acquisition, and practice development — the modules that separate NEXGEN from every other coaching program in the market. He also serves as Program Director, responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and student experience from enrollment to graduation.
