We Are Not An Ordinary Executive Coach Training Academy!
Many, if not most, ICF-accredited coach training programs can teach solid tools. You’ll learn models, techniques, and frameworks that work for coaching.
NEXGEN’s difference isn’t a big secret method. It’s how we see people.
We believe that every person is whole, capable, resourceful, and creative, even when they’re stuck or exhausted.
Our Philosophy: As coaches, our job isn’t to “fix” anyone. It’s to learn to partner with them in a way that helps them hear themselves clearly enough to find what’s true, what matters, and what needs to change.
That takes presence, trust, and a clear direction for the conversation, so we go into the deeper stuff safely and for a purpose. And over time, that’s what builds coaches who don’t just do coaching well, they are the kind of person people can think beside.
Our Staff: We are also made up of Executives, Educators, and Entrepreneurs who are also coaches. Huge distinction.
